Currently, our city is promoting the building of world-class tourism quality, and the creation of an ecological city has also been fully launched. The 'Outline for Construction of Visible Changes in Three Years, Major Transformations in Five Years' proposes that by 2011, it will basically meet the standards of a best tourist city and an environmental protection model city. The future landscape belt on both banks of the Lishui River will be built as the core brand of Zhangjiajie City, constructing a grand and exquisite 'waterfront gallery' with the Lishui River as the spatial link. The realization of these construction goals cannot be separated from a harmonious and excellent water environment as support, and water itself is an indispensable constituent element and content.
