I. Purpose.
To build an internationally oriented tourism city, the cultural character of this city must be brought to the fore. The research project will be carried out under the direct guidance of the principal leaders of the Municipal Party Committee, following the principle of "practical application for social benefit, weeding through the old to bring forth the new."
