Hunan's largest large-scale international tourism enterprise—Hunan Provincial China International Travel Service
Hunan Provincial China International Travel Service is a member of the China International Travel Service Group and is the large tourism enterprise in Hunan Province with the longest history and the largest and strongest scale in operating international tourism business. For several consecutive years it has been rated one of the top 100 international travel agencies in the country and the best travel agency in Hunan Province. Hunan China International Travel Service was among the first batch nationwide and the first in the province to be approved by the relevant government departments as a specially licensed tour organizer for outbound travel to Hong Kong and Macao, and for Taiwan travel. Over more than twenty years, through continuous development of domestic and international markets, attention to cultivating talent, and long-term accumulation of work experience, it has established a broad business cooperation network with reliable counterparts at home and abroad. It has repeatedly undertaken domestic conferences, exhibitions, and incentive travel for provincial and municipal government departments and enterprises, as well as important activities such as overseas inspections, business trips, exhibitions, and cultural and educational exchanges, all with complete success.

Hunan Huatian International Travel Service Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Huatian Industrial Holding Group, a comprehensive large enterprise group that the Hunan provincial government focuses on developing, with the hotel and tourism industry as its pillar industry and diversified development, and an enterprise supervised by the Hunan Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. It was established in 1994. It is qualified to operate travel business for mainland residents to Taiwan and can directly operate outbound, inbound, and domestic tourism business. It is an international and domestic passenger agent approved by the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and the Civil Aviation Administration of China. Since 1996, the National Tourism Administration has conducted comprehensive assessments and rankings based on six indicators: "outbound person-days, reception person-days, tourism profits, tourism revenue, taxes actually paid, and foreign exchange settlement." Hunan Huatian International Travel Service was the first in the province to become and the only one to be ranked among the "National Top 100 International Travel Agencies" for nine consecutive years.
Hunan's only approved ADS specially licensed travel agency—Changsha China International Travel Service Co., Ltd.
Changsha China International Travel Service was founded in 1989 and restructured and renamed Changsha China International Travel Service Co., Ltd. in February 2001. It is a travel agency approved by the National Tourism Administration of the People's Republic of China and relevant departments to operate inbound, domestic, outbound, and Taiwan tourism businesses, air ticket agency services, and tourism product sales, and is one of the most powerful travel agencies in Hunan Province. In February 2009, it was approved as one of the first batch of travel agencies in Hunan Province designated to operate travel to Taiwan for mainland residents; in the bidding for the 2009-2011 designated intermediary service projects for official overseas (outbound) and out-of-province (out-of-city) travel by government agencies and public institutions in Changsha, it won the bid with the highest score; it is one of the earliest travel agencies in Hunan Province with annual operating revenue exceeding 100 million yuan, and has been continuously rated as Hunan Province's "Best Travel Agency," Changsha's "Excellent Travel Agency," and "Consumer Trustworthy Unit." It is the Hunan general agent for (Hong Kong) five-star ultra-luxury "Star Cruises," Italy's "Costa Cruises," and other cruise brands, and is the only travel agency in Hunan Province approved by the Australian Immigration Department for ADS franchise operation.
Hunan's first wholly foreign-owned travel agency — Hunan Wing On International Travel Service
Hunan Wing On International Travel Service is an international travel agency invested by Hong Kong Wing On Travel, located on the 10th floor of the VIP Building of Huatian Hotel, Jiefang East Road, Changsha. Hong Kong Wing On Travel was founded in 1964 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the listed group Wing On Travel (Holdings) Limited, receiving about 700,000 tourists annually. Hunan Wing On Travel obtained approval from the National Tourism Administration and the Ministry of Commerce, and officially received its business license in November 2008, becoming the first wholly foreign-owned travel agency in Hunan Province.
The travel agency that pioneered Hunan's gold-medal red tourism route — Hunan Changsha Xianghui Travel Service
Changsha Xianghui Travel Service was founded in 1992 with approval from the Hunan Provincial Tourism Bureau. It is a domestic travel agency, an independent legal entity integrating tourism reception, air tickets, and vehicle fleet, and has established good business relationships with travel agencies, tourist hotels, civil aviation, railways, and relevant departments across the country. The agency has an excellent and experienced team of tour guides, owns more than 100 vehicles, has over 300 square meters of its own business premises, and current assets of over 17 million yuan, making it a sizable enterprise in the province. The travel agency pioneered and carefully operates the "Shaoshan, Hualouming Tower One-Day Tour," which has become a gold-medal route recognized by industry insiders nationwide.
