Accommodation at tourist hotels designated by our agency. Changsha: Kaixuan Hotel or Yintang Jiacheng (three-star). Fenghuang: Government Hotel (three-star), Jincheng, Mingdu (built to three-star standards). Zhangjiajie scenic area: Yunhai Hotel, Baizhangxia Hotel, Shengli Bohai Hotel. 3. Meals: 4 breakfasts and 6 main meals (including a complimentary specialty meal); main meals at 15 RMB per person. 4. Zhangjiajie hotels have special conditions; some hotels run their air conditioning on a fixed schedule.
Excluded items: Tianzi Mountain round-trip cable car 104 RMB (walking up and down takes about 3 hours); Ten-Mile Gallery mini-train round trip 33 RMB (walking round trip takes about 1 hour).
Child arrangements: Children aged 2–12 include air tickets, bus seats, and meals; no bed occupancy, admission tickets at their own expense.
Shopping arrangements: 3 shops throughout the trip.

Notes: 1. Bring a valid ID; children under 16 need a household register. 2. If the trip cannot proceed due to normal sightseeing delays or force majeure such as weather, or if the guest voluntarily gives up, our agency will only refund admission tickets and adjust the itinerary as appropriate. Self-funded items are all voluntary; guests who do not participate may wait at the scenic area entrance (getting off the bus for free activity). 3. Rooms are assigned by bed; shared rooms may occur. If you do not wish to share or sharing is unsuccessful, a single-room supplement is required. Due to regional limitations, hotel conditions of the same class differ somewhat from those in Zhejiang Province; please understand. 4. Please fill in the feedback form according to your true wishes; feedback will be based on the local form. Other matters: In remote areas of Xiangxi, accommodation is relatively backward. Most tourist attractions have many mountains and forked roads; do not go out alone casually, and consult the guide before going out. Dress should be light and convenient; the weather has been changeable recently with occasional showers, so carry rain gear at all times. This itinerary involves long bus rides, and road conditions in some areas are poor; those prone to motion sickness should bring relevant medicine. Zhangjiajie, Fenghuang Ancient Town in Xiangxi, and other places are ethnic minority settlements; when sightseeing, respect local folk customs. Most attractions are top-level no-smoking areas; before smoking, ask the guide and scenic area staff whether it is permitted. Do not casually buy things at stalls; if you don't need anything, don't casually ask prices, and don't casually touch fragile handicrafts.
