Fees for attractions that cannot be arranged due to force majeure are non-refundable; if tourists give up content included in the contract or complimentary attractions cannot be arranged due to special reasons, fees are non-refundable in all cases; guests holding officer certificates, senior certificates, guide certificates, student certificates, press certificates, etc., do not enjoy any group discount policies; 2. Prices for separately paid attractions have been noted in the itinerary. Losses caused by force majeure and tourists' own reasons (lost certificates, activities outside the itinerary, illness, etc.) shall be borne by tourists themselves; 7.
