I. Explanation of fees included in the quotation: 1. Tickets: Includes entrance tickets to the attractions listed in the itinerary; 2. Accommodation: Includes hotel accommodation each night with two people sharing one standard double room. If a single room supplement is required, the room fee must be paid; Due to the need to visit famous attractions such as Yangjiajie, our itinerary includes 1 night of accommodation in a mountain inn (clean, safe, and hygienic). 3. Guide: Includes the service fee of an excellent national-certified guide; 4. Insurance: Includes travel agency liability insurance and scenic area accident insurance. For private groups, personal accident insurance can be provided as a gift; 5. Transportation: Includes 7-55 seat tour vehicles (vehicle type depends on the number of group members on the day). Vehicle usage period: from pick-up to drop-off; vehicle usage scope: within the tour itinerary. II. Explanation of fees not included in the quotation: 1. Tour meals: Except where "meals included" is specifically noted, all others do not include meals. Solutions: A. Order meals separately; tourists can decide freely according to personal preferences and choose local specialties à la carte; B. Choose group meals provided by our agency: standard is ￥40 per person per day, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner; 2. Scenic area cable cars: Fees for cable cars, ropeways, sightseeing trains, elevators, and other transportation tools within scenic areas; 3. Major transportation: Does not include round-trip airfare, train tickets, or other major transportation costs to and from Zhangjiajie; 4. Other expenses: Personal consumption and additional expenses caused by force majeure, etc. III. Warm tips: 1. Ticket booking: Our agency can book round-trip air tickets and train tickets for tourists; 2. Additional attractions: This route can add other attractions according to tourists' needs, with costs calculated separately; 3. Discount policy: Tourists who meet the following discount policies, such as seniors over 60, active-duty military personnel, children under 1.2 meters, students, journalists, etc., please inform our customer service in advance. Note: Hotels in scenic areas use combined consumption; no refund for unused meals. If attractions cannot be visited due to force majeure, or if discount tickets are generated with valid discount documents, only the difference after the discounted settlement price will be refunded. Economy: Stay in ordinary hotels, no star rating, clean, hygienic, safe, with private bathroom, air conditioning, color TV, and hot water facilities; 2. Standard: Hotels are higher than "Economy," recently renovated or preparing to apply for three-star rating; 3. Deluxe: Stay in officially rated three-star hotels; 4. Super Deluxe: Stay in four-star hotels or hotels that are larger and better equipped than "Deluxe," preparing to apply for four-star rating; 5. Ultra Deluxe: Standard stay in five-star hotels or the best local hotels, such as Wulingyuan International Resort Hotel (five-star) in Wulingyuan District. Group type description [individual tourists, groups, conferences accepted daily]: 1. Join-in group: A conventional and economical way to travel. Tourists from various places sign up with our agency, and we uniformly arrange accommodation, vehicles, guides, etc., forming a tour group. Advantages: Optimizes tourism resources and saves travel costs; Disadvantages: Less flexibility compared to private groups. 2. Private group: Tourists charter a vehicle and hire a dedicated guide, forming an independent group. Advantages: More dedicated service, product quality and service quality far higher than conventional travel; Disadvantages: Private groups require advance booking and arrangement, and the travel price is relatively higher.
