I. Explanation of costs included in the quotation: 1. Tickets: includes tickets for the attractions listed in the itinerary; 2. Accommodation: includes hotel accommodation each night for two people sharing one standard twin room. If a single room supplement occurs, the room fee must be paid additionally; Due to the need to visit famous attractions such as Yangjiajie, our itinerary includes 1 night staying in a mountain guesthouse (clean, safe, and hygienic) 3. Guide: includes the considerate service fee of an excellent nationally certified guide; 4. Insurance: includes travel agency liability insurance and scenic-area accident insurance. For a private group, personal accident insurance can be provided as a gift; 5. Transportation: includes 7–55 seat tourist vehicles (vehicle type depends on the number of people in the group that day). Vehicle service period: from pickup to drop-off; vehicle service scope: within the tourism itinerary. II. Explanation of costs not included in the quotation: 1. Tour meals: unless specially marked "meals included," all others [do not include meals]. Solutions: A. Arrange meals separately. Visitors may decide independently according to personal preference and freely choose local specialties from the menu; B. Choose group meals provided by our agency: standard is 40 RMB/person/day, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner; 2. Scenic-area cableways: costs for cable cars, ropeways, sightseeing mini-trains, elevators, and other transport tools within scenic areas; 3. Major transportation: excludes airfare, train tickets, and other major transportation costs to and from Zhangjiajie from the visitor's location; 4. Other costs: personal expenses and additional costs caused by force majeure, etc. III. Warm travel tips: 1. Ticket booking: our agency can book round-trip air tickets and train tickets to various places for visitors; 2. Additional attractions: this route can add other attractions according to visitor needs, with costs calculated separately; 3. Discount policy: visitors eligible for the following discount policies, such as: seniors over 60, active-duty military personnel, children under 1.2 meters, in-school students, journalists, etc. Please inform our customer service in advance. Note: Scenic-area hotels use combined consumption; meals are not refunded if unused. If attraction tickets cannot be visited due to force majeure, or if discount tickets are generated by discount documents, only the difference after the discounted settlement price will be refunded. Economy: stays in ordinary hotels, no star rating, clean, hygienic, safe, with private bathroom, air conditioning, color TV, and hot water facilities; 2. Standard: hotels are higher than "Economy," recently renovated or preparing to apply for a three-star rating; 3. Deluxe: stays in officially rated three-star hotels by relevant national departments; 4. Super Deluxe: stays in four-star hotels or hotels that are larger in scale and better equipped than those in "Deluxe," preparing to apply for a four-star rating; 5. Ultra Deluxe: standard stays in five-star hotels or the best local hotels, such as Wulingyuan International Resort Hotel in Wulingyuan District (five-star). Group type description [independent travelers, groups, and conferences accepted daily]: 1. Shared group tour: a conventional and economical way to travel. Visitors from various places register with our agency, and accommodation, vehicles, guides, and other services are uniformly arranged to form a tour group. Advantages: optimizes tourism resources and saves travel costs; Disadvantages: compared with private groups, flexibility is slightly lower. 2. Private group: means travelers charter a vehicle separately and hire a dedicated guide, forming an independent group. Advantages: more focused service, and product quality and service quality are far higher than conventional travel methods; Disadvantages: private groups require advance booking and arrangement, and the travel price is relatively higher.
