Morning: The guide and driver will meet the group with a sign at Zhangjiajie Airport or railway station. Depart from Zhangjiajie city area and drive 40 minutes to China's first national forest park—Zhangjiajie National Forest Park (includes the 248 yuan ticket, valid for three days). Visit the Great Oxygen Bar Square (8-10 ten-thousand negative oxygen ions per cubic centimeter of air), and climb to an altitude of 1,200 meters at Huangshizhai Scenic Area, known by the saying "If you don't go up Huangshizhai, your trip to Zhangjiajie is in vain" (you may choose to take the Huangshizhai cableway up and down at your own expense, 65 yuan/person/one way, or choose to walk): a panorama of countless mountains and valleys unfolds before you. It is called a "landscape gallery" and "earthly fairyland."
