Full Day: Drive to Zhangjiajie. The guide will meet you at the expressway exit and check you into the hotel. Visit the "Holy Lake in the Sky"—Baofeng Lake Scenic Area (admission 96 RMB included): Baofeng Lake combines mountains and water with folk customs. It is especially famous for the spectacular high-gorge lake, the Baofeng Waterfall that "plunges three thousand feet," and the mysterious ancient temple deep in the mountains. We will see vivid sights such as Baofeng Waterfall, Fairy Mirror, Stone Gate Greeting Guests, Peacock Displaying Its Tail, Golden Toad Holding the Moon, and Divine Turtle Emerging from Water. Boating on the lake, you can listen to the antiphonal mountain songs of the young men and women on the water, and watch egrets fishing in the clear green water.
