Each night's hotel is a double standard room for two people. If a single room difference occurs, the room fee must be supplemented. Hotel class description: Economy: Stay in ordinary hotels, no star rating, clean, hygienic, safe, with private bathroom, air conditioning, color TV, hot water facilities; Comfort: Hotels are higher than "Economy", recently renovated or preparing to apply for three-star rating; Three-star: Stay in officially rated three-star hotels. In Fenghuang area, there are no officially rated three-star hotels; newly renovated three-star equivalent hotels will be arranged; VIP: Stay in four-star hotels or hotels with larger scale, more complete facilities, and preparing to apply for four-star rating compared to "Three-star"; 3. Meals in the itinerary: 4 breakfasts, 8 main meals, group tour with ten people per table, eight dishes and one soup; 4. Guide: Includes national certified guide throughout the trip; 5. 1. Optional items listed in the above itinerary; 2. Scenic area cableways: cable cars, cableways, sightseeing trains, elevators, and other transportation tools within the scenic area; 3. Major transportation: does not include round-trip air tickets, train tickets, etc., to Zhangjiajie from the tourist's location; 4. Other expenses: personal consumption, optional items, and additional expenses due to force majeure; 5. Optional items in the itinerary are voluntary; during times when not participating in optional items, it is free time arranged by the travel agency. Tourists wait outside the scenic area or have free time. The travel agency makes no other arrangements, and tourists may not require to join the group activities. Due to the special ticket policy of Fenghuang Ancient Town, guests without the Nine Scenic Spots ticket will have free time in Fenghuang Ancient Town without guide service. Tips: 1. Scenic area hotels have combined consumption; no refund for unused meals. If scenic spot tickets cannot be visited due to force majeure, or if discount tickets are generated with优惠 documents, only the difference after the discount settlement price will be refunded. 2. In Zhangjiajie and Xiangxi areas, due to development conditions, hotels may not have star-rated signs, but room facilities and equipment can meet the same level standards. Please understand. Hotels do not provide free disposable items. Most supply hot water at fixed times, usually from 18:00 to 22:00. Please arrange your bathing time. No natural single rooms, and no guarantee that specific tourists will stay in the same room. Couples or lovers please declare in advance when registering; we will try to arrange a double room or king-size bed room. Since the accommodation changes daily, it is not advisable to bring too much luggage. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the scenic area except in designated places. 3. Rafting depends on climate and water level. Please strictly follow safety regulations during rafting. It is recommended that tourists participating in rafting do not wear light-colored clothes.
