Day 1 Pick-up, one-day tour of Huangshizhai and Golden Whip Stream in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park
Morning: The guide and driver will meet the group at the airport, railway station, or hotel with a sign. Drive to China's first national forest park -- Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, and visit the Great Oxygen Bar Square (with 80,000-100,000 negative oxygen ions per cubic centimeter). Climb to the largest cliff-edge viewing platform in Zhangjiajie at an altitude of 1,200 meters -- Huangshizhai Scenic Area (you may choose the cableway one way 48 RMB/person per ride, round trip 92 RMB/person per ride, or walk). A thousand mountains and ten thousand valleys can be seen at a glance. Walking along the mountaintop loop trail around the village, you can enjoy many breathtaking natural views. Along the way are Liqi Pavilion, Star-Picking Platform, Two Gates Welcoming Guests, Five-Finger Peak, Sea of Clouds Golden Turtle, Natural Fresco, Huangshi Pine, Echo Wall, Ninefold Wall, and other scenic spots;

Morning: Drive to the world wonder of peak forests -- Tianzi Mountain Scenic Area (you may choose the cableway one way 52 RMB/person per ride or walk up Tianzi Mountain). Visit Tianzi Pavilion, West Sea Stone Forest, Imperial Brush Peak, Fairy Presenting Flowers, He Long Park, Stone Boat Sailing Out to Sea, Herb-Gathering Old Man, He Long Bronze Statue, and other scenic spots; (you may optionally take the Bailong Elevator at your own expense to visit Yuanjia Village, Yuanjiajie, etc.);
Afternoon: Walk down Tianzi Mountain via Wolong Ridge to reach Ten-Mile Gallery. Morning: Visit Baofeng Lake or Yellow Dragon Cave
Baofeng Lake, the jade pool of the human world. Baofeng Lake Scenic Area combines mountains and water and blends in folk customs. It is especially famous for the superb scenery of the high gorge and calm lake, the Baofeng Flying Waterfall that "plunges three thousand feet straight down", and the mysterious ancient temple deep in the mountains. We will go to see lifelike scenic spots such as Baofeng Flying Waterfall, Fairy Looking in the Mirror, Stone Gate Welcoming Guests, Peacock Spreading Its Tail, Golden Toad Holding the Moon, and Divine Turtle Emerging from Water. Boating on the lake, you can listen to the mountain songs of young men and women on the water expressing love, and see cormorants fishing in the leisurely green waters; Baofeng Lake is a boutique scenic spot in the Wulingyuan Scenic and Historic Interest Area.
Yellow Dragon Cave, a world wonder of karst caves, is a famous cave scenic spot in Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan Scenic and Historic Interest Area. In 2005 it was selected as "China's most beautiful tourist cave". We will go to see famous scenic spots such as Dragon Dance Hall, Xiangshui River, Heavenly Fairy Water, Tianzhu Street, Dragon Palace, and Maze, then pass through the gateway of Wulingyuan -- Baizhang Gorge, and exit the scenic area.
Afternoon: Drive to Jiangya Hot Spring or Wanfu Hot Spring, soak in the open-air hot spring, and enjoy leisure time.
Jiangya Hot Spring: It is the first hot spring resort in Zhangjiajie and currently the only antique-style semi-open-air Jiangya Hot Spring in Xiangxi. Morning: Drive 4 hours to the beautiful Fenghuang Ancient Town.
Afternoon: Visit the former residence of the great writer Shen Congwen, the former residence of Xiong Xiling, the first cabinet premier of the Republic of China, the Yang Family Ancestral Hall, one of the twenty-four ancestral halls, the ancient East Gate Tower, the North Gate Jumping Rocks where thousands of troops once passed, take a leisurely wooden boat to enjoy the intoxicating scenery of the Tuo River, the stilted house complex with red lanterns hung high, Hong Bridge, and the Duocui Tower hidden among green mountains and waters -- Huang Yongyu's studio. Standing by the river is the Ten Thousand Names Pagoda. 2. Private group: Means tourists charter a vehicle separately and hire a dedicated guide, forming an independent group.
