I. Price Includes:
1. Tickets: Includes tickets for the attractions listed in the itinerary;
2. Accommodation: Includes hotel accommodation each night for two people sharing one standard twin room. If a single room supplement occurs, the room fee must be paid;
Due to the need to visit famous attractions such as Yangjiajie, our itinerary includes 1 night staying at a mountain inn (clean, safe, hygienic).
3. Guide: Includes the considerate service fee of an excellent nationally certified guide;
4. Insurance: Includes travel agency liability insurance and scenic area accident insurance. For a private group, personal accident insurance can be given as a gift;
5. Transportation: Includes 7-55 seat tourist vehicles (vehicle type depends on the number of people in the group that day). Vehicle use period: from pick-up to drop-off; vehicle use scope: within the tourist itinerary.
II. Price Excludes:
1. Tourist meals: Except where specially marked "meals included," all others do not include meals. Solutions:
A. Order meals separately. Tourists may decide independently according to personal preference and freely choose local specialties from the menu;
B. Choose group meals provided by our agency: standard is ￥40 per person per day, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner;
2. Scenic area cableways: Fees for cable cars, cableways, sightseeing mini trains, elevators, and other transport tools within scenic areas;
3. Major transportation: Does not include air tickets, train tickets, and other major transportation costs to and from Zhangjiajie from the tourist's location;
4. Other fees: Personal consumption and additional expenses caused by force majeure factors, etc.
III. Travel Warm Tips:
1. Ticket booking: Our agency can book round-trip air tickets and train tickets for tourists;
2. Additional attractions: This route can add other attractions according to tourist needs, with costs calculated separately;
3. Discount policy: Tourists who meet the following discount policies, such as those over 60 years old, active-duty military personnel, children under 1.2 meters, students, journalists, etc., please inform our customer service in advance.
Note: Scenic area hotels use combined consumption; meals not eaten are non-refundable. If attraction tickets cannot be visited due to force majeure factors, or if discount tickets are generated with discount certificates, only the difference after the discounted settlement price will be refunded.
IV. Explanation of Related Terms:
Hotel Class Description [i.e., Accommodation Description]:
1. Economy: Stay in ordinary hotels, no star rating, clean, hygienic, safe, with private bathroom, air conditioning, color TV, and hot water facilities complete;
2. Standard: Hotels are higher than "Economy," recently renovated or hotels preparing to apply for three-star rating;
3. Deluxe: Stay in officially rated three-star hotels by relevant national departments;
4. Semi-Deluxe: Stay in four-star hotels or hotels with larger scale, more complete facilities than "Deluxe," preparing to apply for four-star rating;
5. Super Deluxe: Standard stay in five-star hotels or the best local hotels, such as Wulingyuan International Resort Hotel in Wulingyuan District (five-star).
Group Type Description [Individual tourists, groups, conferences accepted daily]:
1. Join-in group: A conventional and economical way of traveling. Tourists from various places sign up with our agency, and then accommodation, vehicles, guides, and other services are arranged uniformly to form a tour group. Advantages: optimizes tourism resources and saves tourism costs; Disadvantages: compared with tourists forming a private group, flexibility is slightly lower.
2. Private group: Refers to tourists separately chartering a vehicle and hiring a dedicated guide to form an independent group. Advantages: more focused service, product quality and service quality far higher than conventional tourism methods; Disadvantages: private groups require advance booking and arrangement, and the tourism price is relatively higher.
Discussion and Execution of Tourism Services:
Please provide your supplementary requirements to the customer service manager, and finally execute according to the contract agreement signed by both parties.
Warm Tips:
Zhangjiajie National Forest Park ticket discount and free ticket policies:
1. Tourists holding new-version press cards, active-duty officer certificates, military disability certificates, civilian cadre certificates, student certificates, police officer certificates (armed police), soldier certificates, retired officer certificates, and children under 1.2 meters can pass directly through special channels with valid certificates;
2. Elderly people over 70 years old can purchase a ￥68 eco-bus ticket with ID card;
3. Elderly people aged 60-69 can purchase a ￥163 discount ticket with ID card (must be full age);
4. Students over 1.2 meters and under 24 years old can purchase a ￥163 discount ticket with student ID and ID card;
5. Children over 1.2 meters and under 1.5 meters can directly purchase a ￥163 discount ticket.
6. Persons holding first- or second-class disability certificates issued by the Disabled Persons' Federation can purchase a ￥68 eco-bus ticket; please verify certificates and number of people before purchasing tickets, and show certificates when purchasing tickets.
