1. Scenic area cableways: costs for cable cars, ropeways, sightseeing trains, elevators, and other transportation tools within the scenic area; 2. Major transportation costs: excluding air tickets, train tickets, and other major transportation costs for tourists traveling to and from Zhangjiajie; 3. Other costs: personal consumption, optional items, and additional costs incurred due to force majeure factors, etc.; Note: The scenic area hotel package consumption; meals are non-refundable if not used. If scenic spot tickets cannot be visited due to force majeure factors, or if discount tickets are generated with discount certificates, only the price difference after the discounted settlement price will be refunded.
