I. Price Includes: 1. Tickets: Admission to all attractions listed in the itinerary; 2. Accommodation: Hotel accommodation each night for two people sharing a standard double room. If a single room supplement is required, an additional room fee must be paid; Due to the need to visit famous attractions such as Yangjiajie, our itinerary includes 1 night's accommodation in a mountain inn (clean, safe, and hygienic). 3. Guide: national-certified guide service fee; 4. Insurance: Travel agency liability insurance, scenic area accident insurance. For private groups, personal accident insurance can be provided as a gift; 5. Transportation: 7-55 seat tourist vehicle (vehicle type depends on the number of group members on the day). Service period: from pick-up to drop-off; Service scope: within the tourist itinerary. II. Price Excludes: 1. Meals: Except where "meals included" is specifically noted, all others do not include meals. Solutions: A. Arrange meals independently. Tourists can decide according to personal preferences and freely choose local specialties à la carte; B. Choose group meals provided by our agency: standard 40 RMB/person/day, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner; 2. Scenic area cableways: Fees for cable cars, cableways, sightseeing trains, elevators, and other transportation tools within scenic areas; 3. Major transportation: Does not include air tickets, train tickets, and other major transportation costs to and from Zhangjiajie from the tourist's location; 4. Other expenses: Personal consumption and additional expenses caused by force majeure factors. III. Travel Tips: 1. Ticket booking: Our agency can book round-trip air tickets and train tickets for tourists; 2. Additional attractions: This route can add other attractions according to tourist needs, with additional costs calculated separately; 3. Discount policies: Tourists who meet the following discount policies, such as: seniors over 60, active-duty military personnel, children under 1.2 meters, students, journalists, etc. Please inform our customer service in advance. Note: Scenic area hotels have combined consumption; meals not taken are non-refundable. If attractions cannot be visited due to force majeure, or if discount tickets are generated with valid discount certificates, only the difference after the discounted settlement price will be refunded. Standard: Hotels higher than "Economy," recently renovated or preparing to apply for three-star rating; 3. Deluxe: Stay in officially rated three-star hotels; 4. Super Deluxe: Stay in four-star hotels or hotels with larger scale, more complete facilities than "Deluxe," preparing to apply for four-star rating; 5. Ultra Deluxe: Standard stay in five-star hotels or the best local hotels, such as Wulingyuan International Resort Hotel in Wulingyuan District (five-star). Group Type Description [Individual tourists, groups, conferences accepted daily]: 1. Join-in group: A conventional and economical way of traveling. Tourists from various places sign up with our agency, and we uniformly arrange accommodation, vehicles, guides, etc., forming a tour group. Advantages: Optimizes tourism resources, saves travel costs; Disadvantages: Slightly less flexibility compared to private groups. 2. Private group: Tourists individually charter a vehicle and hire a dedicated guide, forming an independent group. Advantages: More dedicated service, product quality and service quality far higher than conventional travel methods; Disadvantages: Private groups require advance booking and arrangement, and the travel price is relatively higher. Students over 1.2 meters and under 24 years old can purchase 163 RMB discount tickets with student ID and ID card; 5. Children over 1.2 meters and under 1.5 meters can directly purchase 163 RMB discount tickets. 6. Persons with first or second-class disability certificates issued by the Disabled Persons' Federation can purchase 68 RMB eco-friendly bus tickets; please verify certificates and number of people before purchasing tickets, and show certificates when purchasing.
