Standing at the northeastern edge of the top of Huangshizhai and gazing across the ravine, one sees an opposite rock platform more than 200 meters high, with a top area of about several hundred mu, surrounded by cliffs as steep as if carved. It is covered with dark, glossy trees. With binoculars, one can make out Wuling pines and others, verdant and lush, like a green maze.
