About Huanglong Cave:
Huanglong Cave is located at the eastern end of the Wulingyuan Scenic and Historic Interest Area, the core scenic area of Zhangjiajie. During the Ming and Qing dynasties, there was a mysterious legend: "Let the field at the gate dry up and die, but do not strike the Huanglong Spring."
At present, the Huanglong Cave Scenic Area consists of three parts: Huanglong Cave, the Ecological Plaza, and the large-scale folk song and dance drama 'Misty Rain Zhangjiajie.' The Ecological Plaza outside the cave covers an area of 138 mu, with a total investment of 200 million yuan. During construction, green spaces were reclaimed as farmland, blending tradition into modernity and humanity into nature. Strolling through the Ecological Plaza, you can see white doves dancing gracefully; in the fields, you can hear the melodious pastoral songs of harvest; in the water, you can play with fish swimming freely; under the trees, you can smell the fragrance of fresh flowers and feel the comfort of time flowing gently by.

Stewed with chicken or duck, it is comparable to ginseng and bird's nest, with effects of nourishing the body, strengthening health, and beautifying the skin.
Tujia Hezha, also known as 'Vegetable Tofu,' is a dish commonly eaten by the Tujia people. Soybeans are soaked in water until swollen, then ground into a paste with a stone mill, cooked in a pot with an appropriate amount of water over low heat, and then chopped pumpkin leaf bits or radish leaf bits are added and briefly cooked.
