Going west from Step by Step Higher for several hundred meters, one arrives at the "Divine Turtles Stirring the Sea" scenic spot. Leaning on the railing and looking down, the cliffs are steep and the valley deep. On the left, the top of a peak pillar is uneven, and at the high and low points there is a rock like a turtle crouching. The higher turtle is as large as a basin, raising its head and gazing west, with patterns on its back like the eight trigrams, its tail raised high, as if crawling. The lower left turtle is smaller, as if hiding its head and showing its tail, shrinking back and not advancing. More than 50 meters to the southeast, on the southern edge and midway up a sheer cliff, is connected a tall broken rock, and on its broken face there is another rock like a turtle, head raised and tail hidden, as if lying in the sand. Between the stone turtles are several towering upright stone pillars, and around the pillars are empty, deep mountain valleys. When clouds and mist shift, the peaks appear and disappear, and the stone turtles float and swim about, extraordinarily eerie and uncanny.
