Facing Jinbian Rock across the stream, it stands on a slope, more than 200 meters high. Its upper and lower parts are of the same thickness, its peak body is round and full, and its color is red. It leans toward Jinbian Stream at a 70-degree angle, shaped like a drunken arhat, about to fall yet not falling, seemingly drunk yet not drunk, humorous and witty. In the Qing dynasty, the scholar Peng Zhichen wrote the character "Zhong" (Loyalty) on the cliff wall. In the fourth year of the Daoguang reign of the Qing dynasty (1824), the tribute student Peng Zhiyun composed "Record of the Cliff Loyalty" to celebrate its splendor. Through the vicissitudes of wind and rain, the character "Zhong" was destroyed by a collapse of the mountain rock, while the "Record" is preserved in local gazetteers.
