About 400 meters down from the secluded gorge illusion, a stream of water falls into a pool about 20 square meters in surface area and 2 meters deep. The pool water is clear, and the stream stones are reddish and moist. Beside the pool lies a square boulder 2 meters high and 2 meters wide. Beside the stone are two nanmu trees, one upright with a crown like a large umbrella. Sitting or standing on the boulder and looking down, one can see groups of wild fish swimming leisurely in the pool. During the spring peach blossom floods or summer high water, the fish leap 70 to 80 centimeters out of the water, drifting or flying like falling petals in profusion.
