Dreamy Miao Territory Miao Village is located in Yanbanjing Village, Qiangongping, Shanjiang Miao Area, Fenghuang County, about 15 kilometers from Fenghuang Ancient Town. It is a Miao village scenic spot themed around Miao villages, karst caves, stone forests, performances, interaction, and bandit culture, integrating nature, history, humanities, folk customs, and local flavor. It is an original-ecology ethnic customs Miao village themed around exploration, novelty-seeking, sightseeing, and experience. Historically it was called the "Holy Land of Miao Territory."
To enter Dreamy Miao Territory, one must pass through the Miao people's welcome ceremony for distant guests, the "Three Gate Blocking Cards": singing blocking songs, drinking blocking wine, and beating Miao flower drums. Only after passing through can one enter the village.
Dreamy Miao Territory has many scenic spots and preserves a large number of ancient dwellings from the Ming and Qing dynasties. There is the Flower-Jumping Grove, a rendezvous place for Miao young men and women, the Stone Forest, and the mysterious karst cave Shenlong Cave. It is said that this was once a bandit city inside a cave, the hiding place of Xiangxi bandits Long Feitian and Wu Sijie. The doomed lovers, Xiangxi bandits Long Feitian and Wu Sijie, enacted their love and hatred here.
Shenlong Cave is the core scenic spot of Dreamy Miao Territory. It is said to be famous because a divine dragon was hidden there. It is a classic among Xiangxi karst caves. The cave is over 900 meters long and more than 60 meters wide, passing through the belly of two mountains and running east-west. The air at the entrance and exit forms convection, and dripping spring water and slender streams regulate the temperature difference, keeping the cave warm in winter and cool in summer.
The cave's landscapes are known for four major features: wonder, seclusion, completeness, and elegance, presenting a thousand postures and a spectacular underground labyrinth. More than ten scenic spots have already been developed in the initial phase, and each spot has been given a living connotation according to its own form and characteristics.

Passing through the varied small stone forest makes you feel as if you have entered a dream. This is the holy land of love for Miao sons and daughters, the place where Miao young men and women go to the Bianbian Market. The peculiar karst landform has formed the beautiful stone forest landscape here, with towering trees and dense stone forests. Groups of three or five play and frolic, or sing in antiphonal style, or whisper softly. Everything seems so natural and simple, full of romantic atmosphere, just like the Garden of Eden in Western myths and legends.

Fenghuang Dreamy Miao Territory Miao Village is located in Fenghuang County, Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, Hunan Province.
