The Ren Bishi Memorial Hall is located at Tangjiaqiao, Bishi Town, Miluo City, Hunan Province, on Yuexing Mountain north of the Ren Bishi Former Residence. Separated from the former residence by a field but connected by a covered corridor, they form a circular touring route. Covering an area of 80,000 square meters, it consists of four main sections: the exhibition area, memorial area, service area, and leisure area. It officially opened on April 25, 2004.
The memorial hall has a building area of 1,580 square meters with 21 exhibition rooms. It is built in the style of Suzhou Qing-dynasty classical gardens with antique architecture, blending seamlessly with the brick-and-wood architectural style of the former residence. The main structure is magnificent and the layout ingeniously designed. The bronze statue square, archway, and gate tower are built around it, preserving the original appearance of the former residence while adding a modern main hall venue, integrating patriotic education with sightseeing tourism.
The memorial hall displays nearly 200 precious artifacts and over 400 photographs, presented in six thematic sections that showcase Comrade Ren Bishi's great achievements in founding the Communist Youth League, the Party, the army, and the nation, recreating his glorious journey of struggle and promoting his camel spirit.
The memorial area features a newly built Ren Bishi Bronze Statue Square and Sculpture Square; the service area has added a fully equipped hotel—Yinju Villa—and an elegantly decorated VIP reception room; the leisure area is furnished with pavilions and terraces. With a green area of 40,000 square meters, it is a modern multi-functional patriotic education base combining ethnic style with modern rhythm, and is a nationally protected key cultural heritage site.
