In a mountain valley northwest of Yumu Mountain, running east-west for as long as 1 kilometer, there is one called Yulong Zao and another called Xiangshui Zao. This valley has the Xiangshui Spring and Xiangshui Waterfall. At the mountain col separating Yulong Zao from Jiulong Chong, it is called Yulong Teng Mountain Col, abbreviated as Yulong Col. Yulong Tuzao now houses a power supply station, a forest farm, and the Zhengxiang District Party School. At the bottom of Yulong Zao, there is a spring platform called Yulong Terrace. In addition, throughout the four seasons the spring water murmurs; especially in the spring rain season, the spring flow is very large, flowing through Xiangshui Zao and producing a loud splashing sound, hence the name Xiangshui Zao. At the end of the valley is the Maolishan Reservoir, where there is a waterfall, white as silk.
Xiangshui Zao is also called Xiangshui Zao in another sense. In the past, no human habitation could be seen for a long distance here, and the bandits stationed in Yumu Mountain always divided their spoils and distributed pay here. Over time, people naturally began to call it Xiangshui Zao.
The mountains around Xiangshui Zao are densely forested, with high peaks and narrow valleys, shrouded in mist and clouds all year round, with tinkling springs, birdsong, and fragrant flowers. It is an excellent place for leisure and summer retreat.
