The Leiyang Martyrs' Cemetery is located on the side of Lingyuan Road. Built in 1956, the cemetery covers an area of 42 square meters and was originally a local farmer's orange hill. Inside the cemetery is a martyrs' memorial hall. The tower base is a cement platform, 1.5 meters high, 10 meters wide, and 20 meters long. The tower pedestal has three stepped tiers, 1.5 meters high. The tower body is 9 meters high, with a six-sided conical shape. Three sides bear vermilion regular-script inscriptions reading 'Leiyang County (City) Revolutionary Martyrs' Memorial Tower.' The top of the tower features a red five-pointed star, towering and majestic. In front of the martyrs' tower, along the pathway, there are a memorial archway, an octagonal pointed Heroes' Pavilion, a pond, rockeries, a garden, a snack shop, a photography studio, and a children's playground. Since the establishment of the cemetery and tower, it has always been a tourist attraction for citizens and visitors.
