Peiyuan Tower is in Dali Village, Tonghuang Township, north of Changning County seat, 25 kilometers from the county seat. There is a tall archway tower, first built in the Jiazi year (1864 AD). The tower is over 30 meters tall, with 7 stories, majestic and spectacular, towering on the left bank of the Yi River. It is a county key cultural relic protection unit.
