The ancient city ruins are in Zhuangtang Township, Qidong County, 42 kilometers from the county seat. It is named after the Han bricks unearthed there. From the Three Kingdoms period to the Tang Dynasty, Zhuangtang was the seat of Yongchang County and the hometown of Jiang Wan, a Shu Han minister. Remnants of the historical moat and broken walls can still be seen today. On an unearthed stone tablet are the four characters "Hometown of Marquis Jiang."
