Ancient County Town Ruins

In Lucheng Township, legend says Three Kingdoms general Lu Xun stationed troops at Xiajun and built an earthen city here. In 935 AD of the Later Tang, Ma Yin established a Wangchao Station here; in 994 AD of the Song Dynasty, it became a county seat. In 995 AD, it was changed to Linxiang County seat, and in 1930 moved to Chang'an (today's Linxiang). The earthen city wall still has 100 meters remaining, about 10 meters thick and 5 meters high.
