Panshi Islet is located in the western part of Pingjiang County, Yueyang City, Hunan Province. It adjoins the Pingwu Highway and the banks of the Miluo River, 10 kilometers from Chengguan Town of Pingjiang County, 90 kilometers from Yueyang City, 88 kilometers from Changsha City, and 15 kilometers from the Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway. Water and land transportation are very convenient. It covers an area of 4 square kilometers. The center of the islet has rolling hills, while the surroundings are broad and flat. Panshi Islet is surrounded by the river on three sides, with emerald-green water and mirrored reflections, shaped like a "green flying saucer" drifting from beyond the sky. Around it, high mountains are covered with verdant trees and ancient towering trees, resembling a green "ocean."
