The Fang Family Ancestral Hall is located in Baoquan Village, Mujin Township, 56 kilometers northeast of Pingjiang County seat. It was first built in the 30th year of the Kangxi reign of the Qing Dynasty (1692 AD) and rebuilt in the 51st year of Kangxi (1717 AD), with a history of 311 years. It covers an area of 4,587 square meters with a building area of 2,865 square meters, housing nearly 400 memorial tablets. It has been renovated four times, including a large-scale restoration in 1945. Its design is a typical ancestral temple architectural complex.
