Wanshou Palace is located on Pingzheng Road in Xiangtan City. In the 7th year of Shunzhi in the Qing Dynasty (1650), Jiangxi merchants built the Xu Jingyang Shrine at the current site and inscribed the door lintel with "Wanshou Palace," which was in fact the Jiangxi Guild Hall. Its architecture is of garden style, composed of a gate tower and memorial archway, Chunqiu Pavilion, the main hall, gardens, and other parts. The main hall stands on a stone platform 1 meter high, 16 meters wide, and 16.3 meters long, surrounded by 24 stone columns, with a double-eaved hip-and-gable roof and five-colored glazed tiles, making it a splendid work of Qing Dynasty garden architecture in Hunan. Later, after years of neglect, it gradually collapsed, leaving only the Water Pavilion and most of the gate tower. It is a Xiangtan City cultural relic protection unit.
