On both sides of the main hall are the Twenty-Four Devas and the Eighteen Arhats. On both sides of the Buddhist shrine hang couplets in black lacquer with gold-inlaid characters:

Behind the main Buddha is a Thousand-Hand Guanyin, exquisitely sculpted, with the entire body shining with gold. It is said that sculpting this Guanyin cost over 8,000 taels of silver in total. In front of Guanyin there is a couplet:
Manifesting thirty-two bodies to preach the Dharma, sprinkling sweet dew everywhere, the willow branch in the vase holds pure water;
Extending five hundred hands to point the way, looking up at the jeweled tassels, lotus buds in the sky bear the cloud of compassion.
In front of the Thousand-Hand Guanyin statue, Buddhist devotees and tourists often bow in worship.
