Bizhou Park

Bizhou Park lies on an islet in the Lianshui River east of downtown Xiangxiang. The islet, 760 meters long and 200 meters wide, is covered with lush vegetation. In spring and summer, fragrant grass, drooping green willows, and swaying bamboo create a scene of rich floral charm and picturesque waterscape, earning the islet the name Bizhou (Jade Islet) and its ferry the name Fangdu (Fragrant Ferry).
